- Titanium- Negative Splits, speed. 20 seconds medium RPM, 20 seconds sprint speed, 20 seconds recover. Same resistance
- I Can’t Stop Drinking about You- Seated Climb, about a 7.
- Can’t Hurry Love- Seated Flat
- Boys of Summer- Standing Climb, about an 8. Heaviest consistent resistance of the day.
- Danza Kuduro- Negative Splits, resistance. 20 seconds medium resistance (6-7), 20 seconds high resistance (8-9), 20 seconds recover. Same speed (the beat of the song is a pretty good RPM, if I do say so myself).
- Call Me Maybe– Jumps. at the chorus: 8×8 for 2, 4×4 for 4.
- Umbrella- progressive climb, seated to standing, goes through to next song. Start at a 5, and every minute or so, add more resistance. Come out of the saddle when you need to.
- Tik Tok– Follow through from last song.
